About Focuser

Your go-to tool for enhancing productivity, staying organized, and maintaining focus on your most important tasks. Designed to help you spend less time searching and more time doing.

Our Mission

Building a framework for intentional living

From Vision to Action

Focuser was born from the desire to live a more meaningful life. This isn't just another productivity app; it's a framework for intentional living. We help you move beyond the daily grind by clarifying what truly matters and aligning every action with your long-term vision.

Your Tasks, Your Way

We've built a system that adapts to you. With Primary Checklists that auto-migrate items, you'll never lose track of a task. Create Secondary Checklists for routines and guides, and build hierarchies for complex projects.

Complete System

Focuser is more than a to-do list; it's a complete system for focused execution. By combining user-defined Focuses, intelligent automation, and multiple layers of checklists, we help you simplify your workflow and gain clarity.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about Focuser

What is the difference between a Focus and a Checklist?
A Focus is a broad area of your life you want to prioritize (e.g., "Work," "Wellness," "Personal Growth"). A Checklist is a specific list of tasks you create to complete. You can assign individual checklist items to a Focus to visually connect them to your larger goals.
How do non-recurring checklist items move between lists?
Non-recurring items in Primary Checklists automatically migrate forward. For example, an unfinished item on your Overmorrow list will move to Tomorrow, then to Today as each day passes. If left unfinished, the item remains until dragged somewhere else or finished.
What is a "do-confirm" vs. a "read-do" checklist?
These are two types of Secondary Checklists. A do-confirm checklist is for routines where you know the steps and just need to confirm completion (like a daily morning routine). A read-do checklist is for multi-step guides where you need to read each step before performing the action (like following a recipe).
